Goal 1:Increase access of women and girls to education, decent employment and resilient livelihoods.

Goal 2 : Achieve equal power relations between females and males.

Goal 3 : Improve health outcomes among vulnerable girls, women and Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC).

Goal 4 : Improve YWCA systems and processes to realize quality programming, to secure diversified funding and to have high performing staff.
